I’ve waited a long time to offer armor that was derived from the real thing! It’s an absolute privilege to take on MTK armor that is derived from TE. I know lineage is very important as well as accuracy and long lasting troop-ability. These kits, when you assemble them correctly, have achieved the highest levels of approval within the 501st legion as Stormtroopers and Sandtroopers. 

At this time, we are only offering the helmet and armor together as a bundle. You cannot currently buy the armor kit or helmet kit separately. You can view the helmet options here. If you choose the MTK helmet, the bundle price is $755.00 USD plus shipping. If you choose the Dan Laws helmet, the bundle price is $795.00 USD plus shipping. You can also choose between ABS plastic hand plates (no extra cost) or flexible hand plates (added cost).

What’s included:

All ABS vac-formed plastic required for assembly to include helmet, body parts and extra ABS for joining strips. Decals and split rivets also included.

NOT included: blaster, under-suit, holster, boots, velcro, or any instructions, but you can buy many of these items from Mike’s Trooperbay.

Armor Sizing:

Stormtrooper armor was originally made to fit someone 5 foot 8 inches tall to 5 foot 11 inches tall and weighing from 140 Ibs to 170 Ibs. If you fall within these perimeters this armor will fit you the best. If you fall outside these perimeters this armor will require some modification like over cutting or adding shims to ensure a good fit for you. I have seen people as short as 5 feet make it work and I have seen people as tall as 6 feet make it work. If you are “large” then you will have to make several adjustments to the armor and possibly add shims or other material to make it “work” for you.
